Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 9 May 2013 that on that date Mr. Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, through The Carter Pension Scheme, bought 1,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.235p per share. Following the transaction Mr. Balme has an interest in 166,373,463 ordinary shares representing 7.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
