United Utilities Group PLC ("the Company") announces that it receivednotification on 20 May 2013 that the Trustee, Equiniti Share Plan TrusteesLimited, purchased ordinary shares of 5p each on behalf of the followingdirectors and persons discharging managerial responsibility on 17 May 2013, tobe held in accordance with the rules of the Company's HMRC approved shareincentive plan. The shares were purchased at a price of 764.5 pence per share.
