Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 26 September 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 721 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 September 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,459,562 Ordinary Shares (54.17%).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mr Mortstedt's interest referred to above does not include the Ordinary Shares sold pursuant to the Tender Offer as set out in the Circular dated 24 August 2012, which are yet to be notified to the Company.
