Notification of transactions of Director/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons
The Company was notified today that a director and persons discharging managerial responsibilities were today granted options under the Styles & Wood Group plc 2006 Performance Share Plan entitling them to acquire ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the share capital of the Company at an exercise price of £0.01 per share. No payment was made for the grant of the options.
