DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
Modern Water plc (AIM: MWG), the owner of leading water technologies focused on addressing the scarcity of fresh water and the treatment of wastewater, was informed yesterday that on 13 July 2010 Mr Robert Clarke, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. These shares were acquired at a price of 66.5p per share, and represent 0.08% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Including this purchase, Mr Robert Clarke has a beneficial interest in 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.08% of the total issued ordinary shares.
