London, UK, 23 September 2013: Sierra Rutile Limited (AIM: SRX) ("Sierra Rutile") has received notice that, Jan Castro, the Non-Executive Chairman, and Michael Brown, a Non-Executive Director, have purchased 627,500 and 35,000 ordinary shares of Sierra Rutile, respectively, at a price of 50 pence per share on 21 September 2013. Following these purchases, the shareholdings of Messrs. Castro and Brown in Sierra Rutile are as follows:

Sierra Rutile produces titanium feedstock industrial minerals (primarily rutile, with some associated ilmenite), as well as smaller quantities of zircon.
