Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Group has been notified today that on 13 March 2014, Phil Lawler, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, acquired 13,378 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 111 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Lawler's beneficial interest in the Group is 63,532 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Group.
