Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

On 25 July 2008 the Board of Mulberry Group plc granted the following options over Mulberry Group plc ordinary shares of 5 pence each at an exercise price of 144.5 pence per share being the closing share price of Mulberry Group plc on the 24th July 2008:

Godfrey Davis 150,000 shares

Lisa Montague 150,000 shares

The options vest for 3 years from the date of issue and are exercisable from 25 July 2011 to 25 July 2018.
