Warner Estate Holdings PLC02 August 2006 Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("the Company") Director's Shareholding Further to the announcement earlier today, Mr R Moore, a Director of theCompany, has today exercised his remaining share options that were granted on 27June 2003 over 19,732 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company at an option price of367.5p. Mr Moore subsequently sold 19,732 shares today at 690p. Following the exerciseand sale, Mr Moore retains a holding in 25,294 Ordinary shares of 5p in theCompany, representing 0.047 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary sharecapital.
