Director / PDMR Shareholding
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 23 March 2016 Reg Hankey, Chief Executive, bought a further 7,000 shares in the Company at a price of 71.7 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 220,333 shares.
