9 September 2010 Talent Group plc (`Talent' or the `Company') Director Shareholding

The Company announces that today, Terry Bate, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Talent ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.39 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company, at a price of 2 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Bate now holds a total of 4,220,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 23.35 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
