DIRECTOR DEALING

The Company announces that it was notified on 12 December 2012 that on 10 December 2012, Mr Derek Pitcher, a Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 17.5 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Derek Pitcher has an interest of 1,717,434 Shares in the Company, representing 2.54 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
