IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it was notified on 24 September 2019 that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated shares of £0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharing Managerial Reponsibilities in the Company ("PDMRs") as set out below:
