·; The Company was notified on 1 April 2011 that a Connected Party of Mr Paul Thwaite sold 1,855 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 280.01p per share and repurchased 1,793 shares at 282.99p via their ISA on 28 March 2011. Mr Thwaite and his Connected Parties now hold an interest in 930,327 shares of the Company representing 0.879% of the issued share capital of the Company.
