The Company has been notified by Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company, that he has acquired 4,970 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 July 2014 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £3.5227 per share. Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 234,582 ordinary shares in the Company.
