Directors Shareholdings
Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was informed today by Nigel Fox, Director, that he has today bought 3,300 shares at 299.0 pence per ordinary share.
Nigel Fox now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 112,977 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.1 % of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr Fox has a further revocable and indirect interest in 308,929 ordinary shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan which are subject to certain criteria.
