Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified by the trustees of the Topps Tiles Plc Share Incentive Plan the Yorkshire Building Society (the "Trustees"), that on 16 July 2012 the following Directors acquired ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in Topps Tiles Plc ("Ordinary Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Topps Tiles Plc Share Incentive Plan at a price of 39.675 pence per Ordinary Share. The transactions for the Partnership Shares took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Matthew Williams will now hold 566,648 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result the combined holding of Matthew Williams and Lucia Williams, spouse of Matthew Williams and a connected person, is 629,648 Ordinary Shares representing 0.33% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Rob Parker will now hold 117,186 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
