Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 3 March 2017, Jill Buch, wife of Neville Buch, Chairman, acquired as part of an inheritance 6,787 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company for nil consideration.

Neville Buch's interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 8,965,886 Shares, representing approximately 7.9 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
