PDMR Shareholding

Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business technology and services provider, announces that Stephen Scott, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR'), sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0.010% of the issued share capital of Xchanging plc) at a price of 127p per share.

Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Scott (including those held by connected persons) now amounts to 86,254 (approximately 0.035% of Xchanging's issued share capital).

The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 8 May 2015 and Xchanging was informed on 11 May 2015. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
