The Company has been notified that on 9th April 2010 that Mr D Duthie, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility within the Company, transferred 10,307 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into his spouse's name, Mrs JA Duthie. Immediately following this transaction:-

1 Mr D Duthie's total holding is 21,041 shares.

2 Mrs D Duthie's total holding is 32,498 shares.

3 Mr D Duthie's total beneficial holding remains unchanged at 53,539 shares (0.20%)
