UTV Media plc announces that Mr Roy Bailie, Non Executive Director, purchased 14,661 ordinary shares in the Company on the 17 March 2009 at an average price of 64.33p.
Following the purchase, Mr Bailie holds 871,896 shares in UTV Media plc, representing 0.91% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
