Notification of Transaction of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR")
The Company has today been notified that on 7 September 2017, Caroline Gibson, a PDMR of the Company, sold 615 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1856.5p per Share.
In addition, the Company has today been notified that on 7 September 2017, Peter Gibson, the husband of Caroline Gibson, a PDMR of the Company, sold 450 Shares at a price of 1856.5p per Share.
As a result, Caroline Gibson's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 1,065 Shares.
