In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, AGA Rangemaster Group plc (the `Company') announces that on 11th March 2011, it was notified of the following dealings by directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility in the Company's ordinary shares of 46 7/8 pence each (`Shares').
