The above 3,295 Ordinary Shares were sold as a result of Steve Amies exercisingshare options under the Company's 2000 Share Option Scheme. Following the above transaction Steve Amies has no shareholding in the Companyand is the beneficial owner of 124,002 options and conditional shares in theCompany.
