Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to the announcement released on 28 September 2011 in relation to the subscription (the "Subscription") announced on 8 March 2011, the Board would like to clarify the following concerning the subscription and holding of Jeremy Dale.

The announcement of 28 September 2011 stated that included in the 30,000 shares subscribed for by Jeremy were 10,000 subscribed for by one of his children (who at that time was under 18 years of age). The announcement should have stated that all 30,000 shares were subscribed for by one of Jeremy's children and that Jeremy himself did not subscribe for any shares.

Jeremy Dale's current holding is 621,700 shares and his children hold a total of 90,000 shares. The Company has 6,399,023 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in issue.
