The Company has been informed that Tim Richards has, today, transferred 30,000 shares into his pension fund a price of 65 pence per share. Following this transfer Tim Richards' voting rights in the Company's issued ordinary share capital remain unchained at 1,202,000 ordinary shares representing 3.29 per cent of the Company's voting share capital.
