The Company was advised that, on 5 November 2009, the Director and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £1.09 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by the Inland Revenue. Their previous and current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
