Directors' Shareholdings

Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") was notified today that on 20 June 2011 Paul Hewitt, husband of Debbie Hewitt, a Director of the Company, purchased 167,724 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 29.6 pence per Share. As a result of this purchase, Debbie Hewitt has an interest in 555,756 Shares, which represents 0.59% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was further notified today that on 20 June 2011 Robin Piggott, a Director of the Company, purchased 71,421 Shares at a price of 30.9 pence per Share. As a result of this purchase, Robin Piggott has an interest in 88,260 Shares, which represents 0.09% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
