Notification of transactions by a director and connected persons

REA announces that on 25 October 2014 it received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mr M Parry, a director of the company, and Mrs A Parry, a person connected with Mr Parry, purchased in London ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA as follows:

on 22 October 2014, Mr M Parry purchased 2,500 ordinary shares at 395p per share and Mrs A Parry purchased 2,500 ordinary shares at 395p per share;

on 24 October 2014, Mr M Parry purchased 2,271 ordinary shares at 404p per share and Mrs A Parry purchased 1,963 ordinary shares at 403p per share.
