Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 15 June 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 6,176 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 450 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 June 2010.

Following these transactions, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 25,093,019 Ordinary Shares (53.13%).
