Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons.

The Company received notification on 14 April 2016 from Mr. A. J. Scull, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 13 April 2016, he exercised an SAYE Option over 3,383 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each. The exercise price was 266 pence per share.

The Company also received notification on 14 April 2016 from Mr. A. J. Scull, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 13 April 2016, he and a Connected Person sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 1260 pence per share.

Following these transactions, the total interest of Mr. A. J. Scull in the Company is 100,000 shares representing 0.35% of the Company's issued share capital.
