The Company announces that, it was informed on 28 June 2013, that the following transactions took place on 28 June 2013:
Mr Angus Armstrong, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 128,540 ordinary shares 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife and Mr Brian Macdonald, Finance Director of the Company, transferred 75,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife (together the "Transfers").
Following the Transfers, the above directors' beneficial interests in the Company remain unchanged and are as follows:
