Directors' Dealing

The Company was informed on 10 August 2011 that on that day, MXC Capital, representing the interests of Ian Smith and Tony Weaver, Executive Director and Chief Executive of Redstone respectively, acquired 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.2 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, MXC Capital, together with Ian Smith's self invested personal pension, is now interested in 439.5 million Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 15.3% of Redstone's issued ordinary share capital.
