Director Share Purchase
FireAngel (AIM: FA), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that on 24 August 2018, Ashley Silverton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at 51.8 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Silverton now has a total beneficial interest in 35,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
