Grant of options under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme
On 15 June 2010 3,125 options over ordinary 10p shares in the Company were granted to each of Matthew Lester, David Casterton and Mark Beeston under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme at an option price of £2.88.
The exercise period for this award will commence on 1 August 2013 and will last for a period of six months to 31 January 2014.
