The Company has been notified that Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company, acquired 3,576 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 July 2015 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £5.1782 per share. Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 239,839 ordinary shares in the Company.
