Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L) has been informed that Robert Fielding, a director of the Company, has today purchased 17,707 Ordinary Shares of 15 pence at a price of £1.4110 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Fielding is interested in a total of 1,136,097 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.26% of the total issued share capital.
