Director Shareholding
The Company is pleased to announce that it was informed on 19 August 2011 that Mr. Anthony B M Good, an independent non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 73.5p per share on 19 August 2011. Following this transaction, Mr. Good's beneficial interest is 32,400 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.09 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
