Mothercare PLC30 May 2007 To The London Stock Exchange 30 May 2007 Director / PDMR Share Dealing Mothercare plc announces that Mr Ian R Peacock (Chairman of the Company) hastoday purchased 19,250 Mothercare ordinary 50p shares at a price of 416.5penceper share. Ian Peacock's interest in Mothercare ordinary 50p shares following thisannouncement comprises 197,633 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.27% of the issuedshare capital. The partner of Colin Bradley (a PDMR) has sold 4,000 ordinary shares on 29 May2007 at a price of 416p per share. Colin Bradley has exercised and sold 10,000executive share options (exercise price 300p per share) at a price of 414.75pence per share. Following this announcement, Mr Bradley and his partner retain10,262 Mothercare ordinary shares equivalent to 0.014% of the issued sharecapital.
