SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding

SRT announces that it has received notification that Simon Rogers, Chairman of the Company, has today sold 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 39.5p per share. Following the sale Mr. Rogers holds 14,183,900 ordinary shares representing 13.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
