Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The Company has been notified that, on 10 November 2009, Mr Peter Linnell, the Finance Director of the Company, purchased 26,315 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company, at a price of 19p per share, representing approximately 0.1% per cent of Adventis' issued share capital. This represents Mr Linnell's aggregate shareholding.
