Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1, IRP Property Investments Limited announces that the following beneficial holding of Ordinary shares of 1p was acquired by Mr Christopher Spencer, a Director of the Company, on 06 February 2009.

13,000 Ordinary shares at 35.50p representing 0.012% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are registered in the name of Lynchwood Nominees Limited.

Mr Spencer is now the beneficial holder of a total of 38,000 Ordinary shares representing 0.034% of the Company's issued share capital.
