DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING LogicaCMG Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust ("the Trust") In accordance with reporting requirements agreed with the UK Listing Authority,LogicaCMG plc ("LogicaCMG") announces that it received notification on 1September 2006 of the following exercise of options:-No. of Employee Option Holders Date of Exercise 6 3.8.06. 6 17.8.06. The Trust is a discretionary trust which was established in September 1990 forthe benefit of the Company's employees. It has an independent professionaltrustee and is currently financed by the Company and its subsidiaries. TheTrust purchases shares on The London Stock Exchange, in conjunction with theCompany's "all employee" and "discretionary" share option schemes.Following the above transactions, the Trust has an interest in 6,842,614ordinary shares representing 0.60% of LogicaCMG's issued share capital, inwhich each of the directors of LogicaCMG is deemed to be interested.ENDLOGICACMG PLC
