Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 23 June, that on that day Paul Martin, Group Finance Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 132p per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Martin is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
