PDMR's Shareholding

Mr D J Lanchester, Company Secretary and a PDMR of the Company, has notified the Company that he has had transferred into his own name, 3,701 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company that were held on his behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, that have been released from the Company AESOP.

Following the transfer, Mr Lanchester holds 12,407 shares Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing 0.022% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Mr Lanchester also retains 5,796 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company within the AESOP that are held on his behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP.
