Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that John Samuel, Group Finance Director of Renew, has sold 60,000 ordinary shares of 10p each today at a price of 311.25p per share. This represents 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Samuel, and connected parties, resultant holding in the Company is 240,548 shares (0.4% of the issued share capital).
