Diamondcorp has been notified that on 29 May 2008, Green Dragon Nominees Pty Limited, a company owned and controlled by Paul Loudon, Managing Director of the Company, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of 3p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 78 pence per share. 

Following this acquisition, Green Dragon Nominees Pty Limited holds 1,789,052 fully paid ordinary shares, representing 4.86% of the issued capital of the Company.
