Brammer plc was notified on 14 December 2009 that Mr John Veale purchased 5000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at £1.215 per share on 11 December 2009

Following this purchase, Mr Veale now holds an interest in 48,186 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.045% of the issued share capital of the Company.
