The Company was today informed of the following sales of ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Matthew Williams, a Director of the Company and Lucia Williams, spouse of Matthew Williams, a Connected Person of the Company (the "Transaction"). The Transaction was undertaken to utilise their individual annual CGT exemptions and took place on the London Stock Exchange.
