Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities or their connected persons

Notification made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified today by the administrator of the Novae Group plc Share Incentive Plan, Killik Employee Services, that on 3 April 2014 the following executive directors acquired Ordinary shares of £1.125 each in Novae Group plc under the Partnership Shares element of the Novae Group plc Share Incentive Plan at a price of £5.99427357 per share and were also allocated 2 Ordinary shares of £1.125 under the Matching Shares element of the same share plan at nil consideration.
